Years of experience spent representing employers provide Columbus workers comp attorney Paul R. Goodburn, Jr. with a unique perspective and unique skills in assisting injured workers. Prior to joining Larrimer & Larrimer, LLC in October 2005, Paul oversaw the Ohio workers compensation practice for the largest labor and employment law firm in the United States. While employed there, he represented regional, national and international corporate clients in countless workers compensation proceedings before the Industrial Commission, as well as in Ohio’s state courts.

Additionally, he has represented management clients in a wide range of labor, employment and commercial law matters arising under both federal and state law. Paul earned his B.A. in English Literature from the Ohio State University in 1994. He then earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law in 1998. While in law school, Paul served as President of the Student Bar Association. Immediately following his law school graduation, he served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Lisa L. Sadler of the Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County.

Paul is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. His primary focus at Larrimer & Larrimer is helping injured workers in the Central Ohio area pursue workers’ comp claims for injuries sustained on the job. He is also a member of the Ohio State as well as the Columbus Bar Association.
